An in-house roastery, wholesale operation and neighbourhood café all under one roof. The goal was simple: make it easier to get a genuinely great cup in the city.

Under The Clock Coffee House
A specialty coffee shop just off the main drag in Waterford city, named for its spot under the old courthouse clock. Known locally for consistently well-pulled coffee, oat cappuccinos and acai bowls, with a small outdoor seating area and free WiFi that makes it a regular stop for students and remote workers. Friendly, hands-on service from the owners has built a loyal following. A genuine local favourite rather than a tourist spot, though worth the short walk off the main street.
